Something old, something new, something borrowed and finally...Something Blue!!

It's taken us 8 years..8 whole long awaited years to finally buy a blue balloon..and to use all the new blue clothes we have been buying and putting away in the wardrobe for several years..

On 30th July 2016 we welcomed our gorgeous Son Finley Alexander Watton into the world at 1am after ........ long awaited slow hours in labour weighing a healthy 7lb 8oz.

Nothing can ever compare the unconditional love you have for your baby that you have never seen nor or have ever properly met until they actually arrive in this world. It really is the best feeling in the world and to be lucky to experience this means everything.

Having given birth to our 3 girls and knowing the whole birthing scenario it can never prepare you for the emotions you have after giving birth to a baby boy especially waiting for what seemed like eternity to have our own. It’s been such a long birth and always with the worry of whether they are going to be healthy.


Daddy is head over heels in love and is super excited to have reinforcements other than being surrounded by his girls… so much so that the first thing he said when Finley arrived is that.. “He’s got man bits.!!”

 Will there be baby number 5.. You’ll have to wait and see..
